Stuart serves as General Counsel overseeing all legal matters and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations for Dobson Fiber.

He joined the Oklahoma State Bar in 1989 and has a robust background in Banking Law, Real Property Law, Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights, Corporate Law, and more. Prior to joining Dobson Fiber, Stuart served as President and Sole Shareholder of Pate & Knarr, P.C. His expertise includes representing clients in complex commercial transactions, negotiations, and litigation across multiple states.

Stuart graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and with a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
